Project Coordinator/Engineer
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator/Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management within the commercial plumbing industry.

Pay Range: $30.00/hr.-$34.00/hr. - Depending on Experience
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and a positive, proactive mindset to problem-solving.
- Able to work independently and collaborate with others
- Attention to detail
- Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong Computer skills
- 3 Years of Experience
- Degree or experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency- intermediate
Duties:
- Work with the Project Manager to establish priorities and critical path items
- Assist in all duties regarding start-up of project/Bids, Active Projects, etc.
- Setup job packets, including scope, SDS, site specific safety plans
- Review, evaluate, and transmit submittals
- Apply for permits and schedule inspections
- Review all field documents prior to submitting to Project Manager for his review and ensure it is received in a timely manner
- Assist in product and vendor support for the projects from bidding to closeout
- Meet weekly with the Project Manager and Project Superintendent to ensure all paperwork is flowing in a timely manner and all payables, payroll, subcontractor status are received and approved by the Project Manager in a timely manner
- Ensure that all receivables from subcontractors are received in a timely manner and that they are correct and within their schedule of values
- Communicate with subcontractors to ensure all invoicing is within the time constraints as per the subcontract agreement
- Ensure that documents are properly executed
- Schedule with the Project Manager, Controller, and Vice President on accounts receivable to ensure that all parties review and approve billings
- Prepare and process all Owner and subcontractor change orders
- Receive all necessary information for subcontract change orders
- Work with the Project Manager on preparing the Project Completion/Close out Documents
- Work with Service Tech/Employees involved in project, providing administrative support, troubleshooting, phone calls, weekly payroll, etc.
- Type any correspondence as necessary as deemed by the Project Manager
- Submit all close out documents for each project
