About the Job
Cella is looking for a skilled and organized Project Coordinator for our client in the fast-food industry. In this role you will support and coordinate Employer Branding efforts.
The ideal candidate has an impressive understanding of digital marketing, recruitment marketing methodologies or employer branding.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- strong communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, planning, organizational, and teamwork skills
- strong project management and data analysis skills
- Demonstrated customer focus
- Self-starter with proven track record of high initiative
- Demonstrated understanding of marketing communications
Understanding of content creation and content production
- Previous recruiting coordinator experience a plus
- Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Previous experience with CRMs
Years of Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience
Degree Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience from which comparable skills can be acquired

responsibilities:
- Enhancement and Maintenance for Employer Branding & Early Talent Programs Sharepoint Website.
- Job posting rewrites - lead project to transition brand's job postings from compliance-focused documents into candidate-centric, marketing focused advertisements. Develop a template as well as guardrail for future development.
- Partner with EB Leader and other internal stakeholders on the enhancement of the Corporate Careers redesign.
- Serve as main POC for project management from inception through final launch; maintain site updates thereafter.
- Advocacy Program Administration
- Lead communication with brand advocates, focusing on content highlights, tips & tricks, resources, etc.
- Research employee advocacy program best practices, tools and technology platforms in an effort to enhance the program post-pilot.
- Coordinate periodic training for brand advocates and influencers to ensure participants are not only prepared for program requirements but also see it as a source for professional development.
- Manage tracking metrics for the program and develop recognition criteria.
- Ensure that program focus is in alignment with recruitment marketing campaigns and content creation strategies.
- Messaging & Internal Socialization
- Create internal team brand toolkit for Talent Acquisition team to be used as a resource for activating and growing our talent brand.
- Partner with content agency to create and distribute the EB monthly newsletter.
- Enhance and maintain the EB content.
- Serve as the Employer Brand central point of contact for all graphic design and creative requests both internally and externally. To include, but not limited to internal signage, creation of new recruitment collateral, refresh of existing recruitment collateral, digital and print ads, etc.
- Maintain all Employer Brand collateral (photo and video libraries, toolkits, process documentation, strategy decks, LinkedIn tools, etc.)
- EB Metrics & Reporting
- Pull monthly Talent Attraction scorecard data; update scorecard monthly.
- Collaborate with EB Leader and content agency on data for EB Infographic and Stewardship report.
- Assist Employer Branding team with identifying and documenting work processes.
- Perform research & due diligence related to industry trends, best practices, exploration of new technologies.
- Invoice tracking and budget reporting.
- Partner with Sr. Coordinator, EB & Early Talent Programs to support the overall success of the team.
- Partner with Sr. Coordinator to coordinate Women's Food Service Forum (WFF) conference activities; provide administrative support to WFF Ambassador Council.
