Job Summary:
Trileaf is seeking a full time Project Coordinator – Cultural Resources four our St. Louis, MO office. This role will provide clerical and administrative assistance to the Group Manager overseeing the North Central Telecom and Cultural Resources divisions at Trileaf.
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist a team of Project Managers, Archaeologists, and Architectural Historians involved in the management of National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) Section 106 and National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA)
- Enter new project information into Trileaf’s internal tracking software, setting up new project folders, reports using the appropriate templates
- Assisting with the creating proposal requests
- Performing QA/QC of Section 106/NEPA Reports
- Tracking bids and noting wins and losses
- Pulling project trackers and formatting for delivery to other managers at Trileaf and to clients within established timeframes
- Other duties are assigned
Basic Qualifications:
To be considered, the resume of the applicant must demonstrate the following qualifications/skills:
- Good computer skills with strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
- 2 years administrative assistant experience
- Attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing of materials
- Able to establish deadlines and prioritize by deadlines
- Able to complete tasks quickly and on relatively short notice with minimal direction/oversight
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong client service skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management
- Ability to develop relationships with team members
Education:
- High School diploma
