About the Job
We are hiring a Project Coordinator to join our growing team! This is an entry level position.
Responsibilities:.
- Support responsibilities for specific phases of the project management lifecycle from planning, execution and project closure.
- Document project tasks and resource requirements.
- Assessing the service needs of clients and linking them to the appropriate resources and providers.
- Advocating for adequate, timely, and cost-effective services and responding to any issues that occur during the delivery of services.
- Scheduling appointments for clients, answering phones and tracking clients' service records.
- Evaluating the quality of all services and identifying areas that need improvements.
- Following up with clients regularly to assess and ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements:
- An associate's or bachelor's degree preferred but not required!
- Strong work ethic and service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong record-keeping and analytical skills.
Pay
- $40,000-$45,000 , $20/hr-$21.50/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
