Project Controls Specialist - GPAC

Position responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules using P6 or similar scheduling software
• Monitor project progress and performance against baseline schedules and budgets
• Conduct cost management activities including estimating, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Collaborate with project managers and teams to identify and mitigate risks and issues affecting project delivery
• Prepare and present reports on project performance to stakeholders

• Oversee and manage project schedules, costs, and controls
• Ensure project delivers within budget and schedule constraints
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in transportation, rail, airport, and aviation projects
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive project success
• Provide support in the development of project control plans and processes

• 4 years of experience in project controls
• Proficient in scheduling software, particularly P6
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management
