Project Business Analyst - Top Stack

This job is seeking for a Project Business Analyst to support organizational change by defining needs, recommending solutions, and managing project activities related to business case development, requirements analysis, process improvement initiatives, and stakeholder collaboration.
 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES/COMPANY  HIGHLIGHTS:

• Oversee project elements of the business case, including eliciting requirements, conducting requirements analysis, and managing communication and testing activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic and support plans for organizational initiatives.
• Support request for proposal (RFP) activities by delivering functional requirements, vendor scorecards, criteria, scoring results, demo scenarios, and evaluation results.
• Facilitate the collection and delivery of requirements, business/use cases, documentation, and test plans, including management and approval processes.
• Support the execution of process improvement initiatives by creating process flow charts, value stream mapping, and related documentation.

 
 
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
• Experience with project management software, data analysis tools, and reporting applications.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, along with experience in process improvement techniques.
