Project Architect - GPAC

Position: Project Architect
Experience: 5-15 years of experience preferred, More is okay

Overview:
Join our dynamic team at a top 40 firm in the nation from a Healthcare standpoint. We are seeking a talented Project Architect to contribute to our diverse portfolio of projects primarily focused on Healthcare, Higher Education, Civic, Worship, and Workplace.
Requirements:

• Experience:
• 5-15 years of experience preferred.
• Experience with Indianapolis Healthcare facilities is a huge plus.
• Knowledge and experience in the Indiana healthcare market highly preferred.
• Experience with Indy Metro area clients and projects is a plus.
• Skills:
• Ability to be client-facing throughout the project.
• Ability to run projects from design to completion.
• Well-rounded project types experience is a huge plus.
• Client-facing skills are essential.
• Running projects from design through completion is essential as well.
• Revit proficiency is a must.
• Credentials:
• Registered or pursuing registration is preferred.
• Project Scope:
• Projects range from $30k-$300 million.
• Largest project type is Healthcare; however, experience in different types is valued.
• Not a lot of overtime needed; typically 2-4 hours currently.
• Company Culture:
• Annual team events, quarterly events, and quarterly volunteer opportunities in the local community.
• Hybrid work arrangements available but collaboration in the office is encouraged to grow the culture.
• • Not a lot of overtime needed, only doing 2-4 hrs of overtime right now and trying to lower that
  • IRA 15% employer contribution with NO MATCH NECESSARY
  • Normal other benefits (I’ll have to ask HA about more in depth benefits list nothing on their website)
