As a Project Architect, you'll work on innovative retail and multifamily projects, influencing every phase of development—from concept to construction. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Architect position include:

5–10 years of professional experience in design and project management, ideally with retail, mixed-use, multifamily, or restaurant projects.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design (preferred).
Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; Revit, Photoshop, and SketchUp experience is a plus.
Ability to produce technical documentation for both large-scale developments and small tenant improvement projects.
Knowledge of building codes, standards, and structures.
Collaborate with lead architects on design development, construction documentation, and interior furnishing selections.
Provide construction administration support and manage RFIs, submittals, and other construction processes.
Oversee projects from inception to completion while managing time and maintaining communication.
Interior design skills are a bonus but not required.

Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
