Your Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced well-rounded Project Architect with at least 15 years of experience to lead and contribute to exceptional projects. Project Architect’s provide critical guidance and experience to our projects and teams while working on high-profile designs, growing our practice, and making a meaningful impact to our communities. This is a hybrid role expected to be in the office a minimum of 24 hours a week.
Your Key Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with the Principal in Charge and Project Designers to create and deliver high-quality designs.
+ Lead and coordinate design teams including subconsultants, supporting team development through mentorship, empowerment, and strategic delegation.
+ Direct and ensure high-quality documentation, offering technical guidance and innovative design solutions.
+ Conduct client meetings with clear organization and communication skills, presenting ideas effectively and engaging clients.
+ Maintain design stewardship during the construction phase through fostering collaboration and coordination with contractor, client and consultants.
+ Work closely with dedicated project accountants to maintain and manage project budgets financial health.
+ Collaborate with office leadership on proposal preparation and actively participate interview processes.
Qualifications
Your Capabilities and Credentials
+ Strong technical skills with high proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
+ Excellent graphic, written and verbal communication skills.
+ Understanding of building codes, construction systems, and the permitting process.
Education and Experience
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
+ LEED AP, CPHC/CPHD and Architectural Licensure preferred.
+ Minimum of 15 years of professional experience.
