Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talentedProject Admin-Emerging Technology- Temporarybased at ourGreenville, NC location.
What you will do:
Provide support to our dealers and customers specific to the Hyster and Yale Emerging Technology solutions.
Will require in-depth knowledge of our solution platform and project management processes in order to provide timely support.
Coordinate activities with our dealers and our technology partners as emerging technology projects are deployed.
Serve as the primary resource to ensure proper hand-off of all order details from sales to project delivery team.
Responsible for receiving calls,emailsand CM tickets, and effectivelytroubleshootingand providing solutions as well as coordinating with supply chain to ensure visibility of all truck locations for emerging technology projects.

What you will need:
BS Degree or AS Degree preferred
With BS degree, entry level position
With AS Degree, 3 years of customer service role or system support role experience.
In lieu of degree, 5 + years of customer service role or system support role experience.
Skills, Experience & Abilities
Direct customer service (phone and email).
Experience with cloud-based systems.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent training/presentation skills.
Understanding of Telemetry.
Industry knowledge a plus.
