Program/Project/Management Analyst, Journeyman (Air Vehicle) - Precise Systems

We are currently seeking a Program Management Analyst, Journeyman to support PMA-261 at the Patuxent River, MD Program Office.The candidate will be a member of the Air Vehicle IPT.

Functional Description: Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules.Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.Tracks program/project status and schedules.Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Duties and Responsibilities: Duties may include, but are not limited to:

·A self-starter who can assist with running budget and financial reports from the NAVAIR Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT).

·Experience with Program Management Tool (PMT) and Acquisition Document support (Statements of Work (SOWs), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs))

• Maintain and coordinate in support of the IPT.
• High level of experience with scheduling and coordinating meetings
• Ability to adapt and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Distribute briefs and files for all meetings.
• Coordinate/update briefs and documents
• Collect various talking points from team for submission.
• Other duties as assigned: PMR planning, CR scheduling, etc.
• Experience handling sensitive information.
• Strategic Planning
• Meeting Minutes/Action Items
• Whiteboard sessions (strategies, plans)
• Execute planning session ideas.

·High level of proficiency in Microsoft Programs to include Outlook, Teams, Word, EXCEL, and PowerPoint.

·Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Required Experience:Journeyman - 3 to 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.

Desired Experience: Journeyman At least 2 years of experience supporting NAVAIR programs.

Required Education: Journeyman BA/BS degree.

Allowable Substitutions: The following substitutions are permitted for this task order:

·Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.

OR

·Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
