Brief Description
The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all phases of program initiatives to further the strategic objectives of the Brazos River Authority (BRA). This includes developing and implementing program plans, including program setup, general management budgets, and timelines, as well as monitoring progress, adjusting as needed, and closing out; working closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that program goals are met; implementing overall operating plans, budgets, policies, procedures, and standards in accordance with established program objectives; developing and implementing corrective action plans when deviations from budgets and/or schedules are necessary; and seeking senior management assistance in resolving schedule and budget issues as they arise. Other responsibilities may include working with internal departments to develop budgets and plans for the programs; evaluating and assessing the programs' strengths and weaknesses; meeting with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals; identifying opportunities for continual improvement; developing program assessment protocols for enhancement of program efficiency and effectiveness; and any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
- Valid Texas Class C Driver's License and good driving record are required.
- Minimum of seven years of experience or an equivalent combination of education.
- Experience with leading concurrent, interdependent projects preferred.
- Project Management Institute Certification preferred.

STARTING SALARY RANGE:Min: $100,668 to Max: $161,069 annual salary. This is an exempt position.
