The Program Manager - Virtual Care leads the development, implementation, and direct management of Central Health Virtual Care operations. The day-to-day activities for this position include the development and enforcement of operating protocols and standards, directing, evaluating, and providing feedback to professionallevel employees who collaborate or are stakeholders in the operations of the Virtual Care program. As a member of Navigation Center leadership, The Program Manager - Virtual Care collaborates with Clinical Operations team members and EHR analysts to develop and implement patient-centered technological tools to increase patient access to care while leveraging telephonic and video-based services. This position is Hybrid and is approved for work at both an approved off-site location and on-site at a Central Health location based on business needs.

Responsibilities:Essential Functions
- Works closely with the Director of Operations - Navigation Center and the Associate Chief Medical Officer in the development, growth, and day-to-day operational management of the Central Health Virtual Care Program.
- Responsible for clinical stakeholder adoption and incorporation of developed workflows into the Central Health
- Golden Standard Workflow.
- Continuously refine and improve Virtual Care operational approaches that meet industry standards with how technology is leveraged within healthcare delivery systems.
- Formulates, develops, and oversees the implementation and expansion of Virtual Care services into Central
- Health Specialties and Service Lines.
- Lead the development of key metrics to track, report clinical outcomes and program performance.
- Monitor and evaluate patient and clinical team experience related to direct to Virtual Care modalities, which include Patient Portal enrollment and engagement measures, Patient Satisfaction with their care, and wearable device management, among other applications of care as developed.
- Develop effective communication methods and strategies to provide Central Health Leadership with appropriate performance, operational, and financial updates.
- Collaborate with Patient Access team members to optimize the EHR and the patient portal for Virtual Care healthcare delivery and effective claims processing.
- Serves as Central Health's primary point of contact for Virtual Care Program projects and operational requests.
- Responsible for staying current on regulatory requirements that effect access and product line development.
- Maintains professional affiliations and pursues independent study and formalized training to enhance professional growth and development to remain current on telehealth industry trends.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or related healthcare field
PREFERRED EDUCATION: Master's Degree Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or related healthcare field
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
• 2 years of experience manipulating data sets and building statistical models, including predictive models
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• 3 years Progressively responsible experience in healthcare industry with the development and support of telehealth or telemedicine programs
