Program Manager - Intellectt Inc

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager with a strong background in project management and the Medical Device industry. This role focuses on leading engineering projects, driving process improvements, and ensuring successful product launches from concept to market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver complex engineering projects in the Medical Device field.
• Launch new Chemical and Life Sciences products from concept to market.
• Drive process improvement using Lean Business Systems tools (Visual Project Management, Risk Management, Kaizen, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with Medical Device Regulations (21CFR820, ISO 13485) and design controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead onsite/offshore teams.
• Analyze data, solve problems, and drive results with a metrics-driven approach.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required; advanced degree (Master’s/PhD) preferred.
• Experience: 7–10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in the Medical Device industry.
• Skills: Proficiency in project management tools, strong communication and leadership abilities, and ROI evaluation expertise.

Preferred:

• Experience in Lean Business Systems and continuous improvement processes.
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional and vendor teams.
