- Experience with vendor relationships and in agreement management.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

The Program Manager, Supply Chain Category Manager will join the Cloud Strategic Supply Services Organization. In this role, you will focus on programs transforming indirect supplier agreement value to enable increased capacity, scalability, and efficiencies to support Machine Learning (ML) deliverables that require our Core Operations suppliers to create innovations that enhance the customer experience. The Program Manager (PgM) will collaborate with Cloud Supply Chain Organization Leadership, data center operations teams, and teams across Cloud to help ensure program success.

- Design and deliver enhanced program communication plans including executive and key partner communications.
- Determine and collect data required to govern programs and drive stakeholder decision-making.
- Anticipate change management requirements that are required by program stakeholders.
- Use supplier agreements knowledge to execute sourcing, agreement negotiations (initial/renewal), and spend management resulting in increased agreement adherence and enhanced supplier insights.
