Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.5 years of experience in program or project management.Experience with cloud security.Preferred qualifications:5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.Experience building consensus and driving alignment across different organizations, with excellent cross-functional communication and people management skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including executives, engineering, product, and sales teams.Ability to translate complex technical information into clear and concise messaging.

Responsibilities Drive the strategy and execution of one or more key GCCA programs focused on knowledge sharing, community building, and customer advocacy within the cybersecurity organization.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, sales, marketing, field teams) to ensure alignment and achieve program objectives.Develop and manage program plans, timelines, and success metrics, ensuring clear communication and progress tracking.Identify and mitigate risks, address roadblocks, and escalate issues as needed.
