- Ability to build relationships, influence and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical groups.

As a Program Manager III, Regulatory Audits you will join a global team addressing the emerging risks pertaining to how we manage, support, and respond to audits required by various regulatory bodies. You will work with Alphabet’s Legal, Compliance, Investigation, Communications, and Engineering teams to manage programs and projects that help identify, plan for, solve and help the company adapt to Alphabet’s risks.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Coordinate, manage, and facilitate a portfolio of regulatory programs. Manage the design of compliance programs via cross-functional collaboration with product and legal stakeholders.
- Understand regulations to advise on the design of compliance strategies, conduct current state assessments, analyze capabilities for target solutions, and develop relevant compliance artifacts.
- Own the life cycle, including development of governance and processes, of regulatory audits conducted by third party external auditors or regulators for Alphabet.
- Communicate schedules, priorities, and status to all levels in the company regarding the status of new and emerging regulations.
