Required Education:

• Execution skills and extremely detail oriented

• Anyone who has worked at Online e-commerce team of big organizations
• Knowledge or experience in virtual reality space
• Data analytics background or mindset
This Direct to Consumer Sales Program Manager will drive the performance of our first and third party accessories globally. The right candidate will be detail oriented and analytical. The candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, working directly with the cross-functionally with Channel Marketing, Web Marketing, Order Operations, Product, Sales Analytics and other teams to optimize our opportunity and drive sales results.
Responsibilities
• Drive assortment and sales performance of first- and third-party accessories across all DTC surfaces and capabilities globally.
• Manage catalog tooling for availability, assortment, pricing and promotions for accessories
• Partner with Operations teams to optimize and secure product inventory availability
• Seek out data, provide insights, and deliver foresight that drives the growth of DTC sales
• Directly intersect and manage 3rd party accessories vendor relationships and sales planning into the Client DTC channel.
• Partner with cross-functional peers in Web Marketing, Order Ops, Sales Analytics, etc. to optimize our DTC business
• Own inventory planning inputs with Demand Planning
• Review Sell Out data to identify new opportunities within existing product ranges
