Client is seeking a highly motivated, capable Program Manager, Expert for our Metering Inventory Program. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned location based on business need.
Job Responsibilities will include:
• Capital Budget Management: Forecast, plan, track, and report on the capital budget to ensure financial targets are met. Address discrepancies, develop cat-up plans, and monitor results to ensure Client budget targets. Oversee a $90M capital metering asset portfolio, ensuring alignment with financial goal.
• Inventory Planning: Forecast multi-year inventory needs, monitor supply and demand fluctuations, and proactively address supply chain challenges. Ability to look for opportunities in inventory optimization and capital savings, including leveraging supplier collaborate suppliers on delivery terms and conditions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Client engineers to align product and program requirements. Align cross-functional teams on material operations and business goals. Provide analytic feedback to Supply Chain and Sourcing partners on inventory planning and management. Ability to adapt and prioritize due to fast changing environment. This includes purchase order deferrals and/or pull-ins, changing purchase order meter class mixes, purchase order cancelations, etc.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Develop scenario planning, create reports, and prepare PowerPoints presentations. Communicate findings effectively to internal stakeholders. Using business process knowledge, proactively look for opportunities for system enhancements. Evaluate and provide input to business needs and requirements. Prepare estimates for customer requests
• GRC Support: Lead a cross-functional team to support data requests, workpapers and testimony preparation.
• Others: Working knowledge of MS Office suite of applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Travel: Travel is estimated to be about 0.5-1 day/week throughout Northern California
