Intertek is searching for a Program Coordinator to join our Building & Constructionteam in our York, PA office. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow a versatile career in Certification Services!
The Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Building and Construction - Certification Services by performing a full range of program duties, including coordinating tasks, customer support, interact with inspectors and laboratory staff, administrative planning, etc. We are looking for a candidate that is highly detail orientated, has excellent computer and customer service skills, has a flexible and positive attitude, and works well in a high-paced team environment.
What you'll do:
- Create various documents, spreadsheets, etc. utilizing Microsoft Office software.
- Open jobs, prepare inspection materials and create invoices.
- Coordinate with inspectors and laboratory testing staff.
- Research a wide variety of information requests.
- May assist with developing, updating, and/or reviewing local operating procedures and/or work instructions.
- Other duties as assigned.
What it takes to be successful in this role:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent prioritization, organization, and time management skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately.
- Ability to plan, organize, and complete a variety of projects within established standards, objectives, and time frames.
