Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director of Community Investment, including preparing meeting materials, presentations, and coordinating logistics for events.
- Assist with project management duties for various initiatives and funds, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.
- Manage financial transactions in collaboration with the finance team, which includes processing payment requests, vendor contracts, grant payments, expense reports, and maintaining the department budget.
- Offer technical assistance to internal and external stakeholders regarding grantmaking processes and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across departments to facilitate seamless operations and project execution.
- Contribute to the overall success of the organization by participating in special initiatives or task forces as required.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the non-profit sector or related field.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, demonstrating respect for different backgrounds and perspectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with database management and project management tools (e.g., Asana) is preferred.
- Ability to approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Experience in event planning and coordination is highly desirable.

This job is Hybrid Remote.
Pay Range: Hourly $24.00 to $26.44
