What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee the full life cycle of grant applications, progress tracking, and reporting with precision.
• Address inquiries about certifications, provide transcripts, and assist with training course details.
• Contribute to needs assessments, outcome surveys, and guide staff with grant-related forms.
• Handle procurement and distribution of equipment and supplies and prepare materials for meetings.
• Manage phone inquiries, maintain file archives, and enhance database reporting.
• Partner with instructors to update manuals and manage government report submissions.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support the department’s mission.

What We’re Looking For:

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Strong administrative and database management skills are essential.
• Experience with grant processes is a bonus but not required.
