What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee the full life cycle of grant applications, progress tracking, and reporting with precision.
- Address inquiries about certifications, provide transcripts, and assist with training course details.
- Contribute to needs assessments, outcome surveys, and guide staff with grant-related forms.
- Handle procurement and distribution of equipment and supplies and prepare materials for meetings.
- Manage phone inquiries, maintain file archives, and enhance database reporting.
- Partner with instructors to update manuals and manage government report submissions.
- Take on additional responsibilities to support the department’s mission.
What We’re Looking For:
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Strong administrative and database management skills are essential.
- Experience with grant processes is a bonus but not required.
