Client in Los Angeles is seeking an Program Assistant to work onsite
Location: West Los Angeles, CA
Remote or In Office: In Office
Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Parking Details: parking is provided
Job Title: Program Assistant
Pay: $18/hr-$20/hr
Duration: 3 months with possibility to extend or convert permanently
Job Description: Supporting the Fraud Prevention Program - this is an administrative and customer service position. Main responsibilities include: filing, scanning, document storage, and providing support to customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain new case files and keep track of all client and provider files ordered.
2. Organize and maintain filing system of fraud records and materials and maintain sufficient inventory of office supplies and equipment for individual unit.
3. Maintain a daily log of all documents, ordered, copied and delivered to the various law enforcement agencies and law enforcement officials in Los Angeles County
4. Coordinate and comply with all requests for information from other agencies (local law enforcement, DPSS, Housing Authority, etc.)
5. Perform other duties as assigned.
-Non-profit industry experience is a plus!
-Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
