Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and experience in B2B environments. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our staffing solutions to potential clients. Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries and markets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their staffing needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and increase client base.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to understand and meet their hiring needs.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, both in-person and virtual, to present staffing solutions and services.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of staffing solutions.
- Sales Execution
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are accurately understood and fulfilled.
- Account Management
- Provide ongoing support to existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand services within current accounts.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients regarding staffing placements.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in CRM software.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the staffing or recruiting industry.
- Strong understanding of staffing solutions and workforce trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working in high-volume staffing or recruiting environments.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
