Professional Sales Consultant
Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a full-time Sales Consultant. This person needs to be a results-driven multitasker who is organized and detail-oriented, has an outgoing personality, and is passionate about people! This job requires a genuine interest in assisting our guests when it comes to leasing and buying new and pre-owned/certified vehicles, and being attentive to their needs. Qualified applicants should have strong written and verbal communication skills, be a team player, maintain a professional appearance and attitude, and always have a strong desire to learn.
We will provide you with the necessary training you need to be successful. You will be taught the necessary product knowledge, sales processes, proper ways to communicate with customers, goal setting, etc. Starting on day 1 of this training period, you will be compensated! If selected to be part of our "family", we offer :

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to)
- Sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles per month (monthly quota)
- Process paperwork in accordance with dealership policies
- Perform test drives with all guests
- Prepare vehicles for delivery before the guest's arrival
- Utilize dealership follow-up systems and maintain a follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business in alignment with customer satisfaction
- Ensure every guest receives the highest level of professionalism customer service
- Attend in-person and online product and sales training courses
- Keep up-to-date on products and services
- Know and understand the federal, state, and local laws that govern retail auto sales
- Attend regular sales meetings
- Conduct business in an ethical and professional matter
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Exude strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Maintain honesty and integrity while performing all job duties
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and codes of conduct
QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Previous automotive, customer financial service experience, and experience in the mortgage and restaurant industries is preferred but not necessary.
- Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license (you must be insurable).
- Must maintain a clean, acceptable, and safe driving record.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening requirements which include a social media check, a drug screen physical, a background check, and a Motor Vehicle Report.
- Be able to read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language.
