Summary: Responsible for manufacturing Aerosols, Liquids and other products for Chem-Tech/Neogen.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES; include the following. Other duties may be assigned;
- Assist Neogen in maintaining operation and product standards.
- Manufacture, fill, and package products according to approved batch records.
- Label and palletize manufactured products.
- Operate material handling equipment including but not limited to pallet jacks and carts.
- Assist with maintaining organization of warehouse including inventory control.
- Assist and lead the cleaning of manufacturing equipment and manufacturing areas.
- Assist with identifying areas to improve efficiency.
- Follow written policies & procedures.
- Maintain manufacturing equipment.
- Assist with physical inventories and inventory control issues.
- Assist with cleaning of general areas of warehouse.
- Record data and information as requested by supervisor, including but not limited to time tracking.
- Have a strong understanding of all manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Sets up, adjusts, and operated production equipment including but not limited to the fill lines.
- Provide input to the production schedule.
- Communicate with production supervisor on all product & employee topics.
- Provide preliminary review and oversight for documentation to ensure compliance with the internal requirements and procedures.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 months manufacturing experience or equivalent.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Ability to read and follow basic written procedures and instructions in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
- Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and averaging.
REASONING ABILITY
- Ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions.
