Job Title: Production Floor Lead Technician

Reports to: Manager, Production Floor
Job Status: Full time – Non-Exempt
Job Summary/Objective
The Production Floor Lead will work closely with the production floor leadership to oversee all aspects of the Medvantx production floor. This role will assist in the daily workflow and daily operations and provide production support, training, and consistent and sustained relationship building processes to maximize our client and patient experience. This position will oversee the technicians and provide team coaching and training of staff on new product/service rollouts.
Key Responsibilities
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with employees and with the production leadership team.
Assist with the ongoing training plan for the Production Team – can be monthly or quarterly; emphasis in an area that the team needs to show improved competency per what the Manager has outlined.
Communicate with production floor leadership team the productivity of technicians to provide timely and in-depth feedback, whether positive or constructive, to improve on department goals
Provide support for production operations, including, but not limited to, picking, packing, or manifesting.
Follow-up on errors and technical issues, and any other items related to the production floor.
Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and discretion in dealing with both internal and external customers
Promote goodwill and encourages acceptable business practices among the production technicians.

Qualifications
Individuals must possess strong interpersonal communication skills and substantial leadership experience, including data reporting, analysis, and a keen eye for detail
Preferred 2-year degree and 3 years of leadership experience in pharmacy and production environment
Workflow Management
Must be Technician Certified
Physical Demands
The employee must stand; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 75 pounds throughout a shift without assistance (weight varies based on product).
Work Environment
Required to stand; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms; occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Lift and move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and move 75lbs.
Lead Responsibility
Training of new hires and up-training of current staffing.
Work closely with inventory to ensure enough supplies on hand each day.
