Maintenance Leadership Position, Construction Materials, Atlanta Area

An established manufacturer of world-class construction materials is seeking a Maintenance Leader for their Atlanta area manufacturing facility. An international leader in the manufacture of residential and commercial building materials that has consistently shown a strong commitment to building a sustainable future through material innovation for customers, suppliers, employees, and the world.

The Maintenance Leadership role is responsible for leading the Maintenance team and for a large plant area. The Maintenance Leader and their team will ensure manufacturing equipment is maintained in an efficient, safe, and reliable manner ensuring predictable manufacturing processes, reliability, and achieving operational excellence. This is a first shift M-F position.

Ideal experience for qualified candidates should include maintenance leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, extensive maintenance experience of mechanical equipment such as conveyors, pumps, motors, and the ability to analyze data to improve preventative and predictive maintenance programs. Knowledge/experience with CMMS and TPM a plus.
