What You'll Be Doing:

• Overseeing daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Implementing and maintaining safety protocols and procedures.
• Leading and mentoring a team of production workers.
• Coordinating with other departments to optimize production processes.
• Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators.
