Production Room Lead 1st shift at Onin Staffing

We have a great opportunity for Production Room Leads. The Room Lead supports production rooms and machine operators to ensure production runs efficiently and that production and quality goals are met.

• 1st Shift 6 am-2:30 pm
• Bilingual

What You'll Do as: Production Room Lead

• Assess your labor at the beginning of the shift to ensure ability to run efficiently.
• Ensure all employees on the line can perform each task assigned.
• Ensure there is enough material to run the entire shift, and that all materials are recorded.

Preferred Candidate Might:

• HS Diploma or Equivalent
• 3-5 years of production lead experience in a manufacturing setting is required
• Able to work flexible schedules including overtime.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to motivate and lead employees.
