TITLE: Production Planner

TYPE: Temp-Perm

START DATE: ASAP

SCHEDULE: M-F with occasional Saturdays (day off during the week if working Saturday)

PAY RANGE: $28.84 - $36.05

OVERVIEW: As part of the Scheduling team, under the Master Scheduler's guidance, the Production Planner will develop and execute the daily production plan, collaborating with various departments.

DUTIES:

Schedule daily/weekly production based on orders and forecasts.

Coordinate weekly capacity and labor plans.

Participate in S&OP forecast processes.

Collaborate with marketing/sales for new product launches.

Maintain accuracy scorecards for production.

Communicate constraints to relevant teams.

Manage post-production reporting and yield adjustments.

Co-manage microwave and TTC scheduling.

Adapt to changing environments and make logical decisions.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree in Operations/Supply Chain or related experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Continuous improvement mindset.

Proficient in Excel; ERP/MRP knowledge preferred.

Experience with planning modules is a plus.

Ability to analyze and present data effectively.

Familiarity with SOPs and safety regulations.

Team player with multitasking abilities.
