Production Manager - LHH

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lamination Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. This role requires a dynamic individual who can navigate complex processes and drive continuous improvement within the lamination department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the lamination department and collaboration with multiple departments in production.
• Ensure effective collaboration with Tech Logistics and Saturations departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Implement and manage policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
• Provide leadership and guidance to supervisors and support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Drive change management initiatives to align the lamination department with overall company goals.
• Manage shift changes and ensure smooth operations across two shifts

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong technical expertise in lamination processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage people with data and understand policies and procedures.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing work environments.
• SAP experience preferred.
