IMMEDIATE NEED
Production Manager position is available in the Atlanta, GA, area. Looking for
experience in food or beverage manufacturing.

• Plan and coordinate food operations to ensure that department goals are met
• Manage the team, including recruiting and selecting employees, assigning work, training and development, performance management and more.
• Coordinate communication with staff, maintenance, and other departments to ensure effective operations
• Monitor and evaluate statistical data, operation procedures, and other information to maximize operational efficiencies
• Manage other supervisors and up to 80 plus employees

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, accounting, or business administration
• 7 or more years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment with increasing supervisory experience – food or beverage manufacturing preferred.
