Production Manager 3rd Shift - Sauder's Eggs

Job Description

Sauder's Eggs is currently recruiting for a 3rd shift Production Manager for our Ephrata location.  This position is responsible for developing, training and managing a team, as well as being responsible for ensuring the highest level of employee satisfaction and efficiency of operations possible.

Work Schedule:
Days - Sunday to Thursday
Hours - 8:30 pm to 6:30 am 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor the production level throughout the shift to maintain a balance between quantity and quality.
• Follow the Production Schedule to insure all orders are completed.
• Lead team to achieving KPI goals.
• Address all employee issues professionally.
• Complete necessary paperwork at end of shift.
• Ensure good safety practices are followed throughout the shift.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Food Production Management Experience
• Strong organization skills, able to multitask, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
• Experience in supervising and managing staff
• Must have good math skills
