We are looking for part time Production Laborers to join our team!
Rate of Pay: $18.44/hour, (Includes $1.50 in certification pays)
** For a limited time, additional $3-5 in shift premium if working third shift or weekend hours**
Shift/Schedule: Part Time - all shifts (anywhere from 18-24 hours/week)
Job Duties:
Perform manual/physical labor tasks such as hand packing/stacking, inspection, rework & sort operations as needed
Able to follow Good Manufacturing Practices and good housekeeping guidelines. Must follow safety guidelines, wear designated Personal Protective Equipment, and meet OSHA safety requirements
Able to identify and understand customer requirements
Teamwork and compliance with plant policies and procedures
Attendance is an essential function and as well on time to work. In addition, ability willing to work weekends, OT as needed to meet our customer demands
Training other partners as needed or requested by leadership
Other duties as assigned by leader

Physical Demands:
Case Packing/Stacking
General Sanitation
Lift/Carry up to 50 pounds up to 4 times per hour
Work in cold, hot or wet environment
Ability to lift and reach shoulder height and above repetitively frequently
Stand up to 12 hours/day
