We are seeking a Production Coordinator for our Londonderry NH based client:
The Production Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a production process, from pre-production to post-production. This position involves coordinating resources, schedules, and communication between various departments, ensuring all timelines and budgets are met. The Production Coordinator works closely with producers, directors, production teams, and external vendors to facilitate project completion.

The Production Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a production process, from pre-production to post-production. This position involves coordinating resources, schedules, and communication between various departments, ensuring all timelines and budgets are met. The Production Coordinator works closely with producers, directors, production teams, and external vendors to facilitate project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
- Assist in planning and organizing the production process.
- Maintain and update production schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Act as a liaison between different departments (e.g., creative, technical, finance, and logistics).
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day production activities and provide administrative support to the production team.
Logistics and Resource Management:
- Manage the procurement and distribution of production materials and supplies.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and transportation for the production team and talent.
- Oversee set preparation, equipment rentals, and other logistical needs.
- Monitor and track production expenses to stay within budget.
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and tracking receipts for production-related costs.
- Help prepare financial reports and assist with cost analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of production paperwork, contracts, and licenses.
- Track production timelines and deliverables, reporting on the status to senior producers or directors.
- Ensure all safety and compliance regulations are followed during the production process.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a production environment (CGP, theater, events, or similar) is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple tasks and timelines.
- Ability to manage large amounts of information, track budgets, and ensure accuracy.
- Quick thinking and ability to resolve issues on the fly.
- Familiarity with office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
