Kohler | Pacific Bath is looking for a Production Coordinator to join our team in our Kent, WA location!
The award-winning Pacific Bath is the exclusive dealer in Oregon, Washington, Nevada, and Arizona for KOHLER's LuxStone Walk-in Showers and Walk-in Baths.
The Production Coordinator will work with the General Manager and Production Manager, using problem solving and organizational skills to provide logistical support throughout the entire job life cycle. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as the Production Coordinator will be the master schedule holder for shared resources of each crew.

What You’ll Do:
- Schedules all plumbers and electricians for each project, seamlessly balancing employee and subcontractor schedules with customer availability.
- Holds and oversees the master calendar of shared resources between all production teams, ensuring accurate scheduling.
- Works with the Production Manager to address incoming service calls, dispatching service teams to distinguish resources required and what pod or Service Tech to dispatch.
- Maintain exceptional working relationships with customers, installers, vendor partners, and other staff.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years in an office environment and 2+ years in a direct customer service environment.
- Proven working experience in project management, strong verbal and written communication skills as well as an outgoing and energetic personality.
- Ability to quickly respond to common inquiries and complaints from customers while demonstrating compassion, empathy and patience with reluctant or frustrated customers.
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills with great attention to detail and an ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, an understanding of CRM systems and the ability to learn other computer programs.
