We are looking to hire a Product Systems Analyst to join our STELLAR technology Team at our Birmingham, Alabam headquarters. This is an in-office/on-site role. Here are some of the details of the position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Analysis: Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, including customers, product managers, and business teams, to understand the needs and objectives for the product's systems.
- User Support and Documentation: Provide support to users by addressing system-related queries and issues. Develop and maintain documentation related to the product's systems, including user guides and system specifications.
- Quality Assurance and Testing: Coordinate testing processes to ensure the product's systems meet quality standards and functional requirements. This may involve developing test cases and scenarios.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current processes and systems related to the product to identify areas for improvement or optimization, ensuring the product remains competitive and meets market needs efficiently.
- System Design and Specification: Design and specify the system architecture and requirements for product features, taking into account both technical and business considerations. This may involve creating detailed specifications for the development team.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data related to the product's performance, user feedback, and system efficiency to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to implement new systems or modifications, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet specified requirements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 – 2 years of experience in related field.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex systems and identify solutions to improve product performance and user experience.
- Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
- Familiarity with SQL and database development and queries.
- Experience with systems analysis and design tools and process mapping.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools.
- A collaborative mindset, able to work effectively across different teams and disciplines.
