Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:- Process intake requests for financial tasks.
- Perform analytic problem-solving and reporting.
- Engage with the team in a highly collaborative environment.
- Organize and prioritize high volumes of work to meet business Turn-Around Times (TATs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Enter direct deposit account information into the system.
- Process financial tasks for returned and/or repayment checks in consumer profiles.
- Generate Excel files for payment processing.
- Update employer profiles for specific clients.
- Process Excel spreadsheets with varying data for both consumer and employer accounts.
Team Structure:
- The team currently consists of 11 members.
- There are dedicated roles within the team focusing on specific tasks.
Ideal Candidate:
- Education: High school diploma / GED (or higher) OR 5+ years of equivalent financial working experience.
- Experience:
- Healthcare-specific data entry with bank knowledge.
- Strong intermediate to expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Proper grammar knowledge.
- Skills:
- Ability to navigate office equipment and software tools (Microsoft Suite).
- Flexibility to manage changes in processes and pivot between tasks.
- Self-directed, self-motivated, and a critical thinker.
- Dress Code: Business casual.
- Interviews: Conducted over the phone
- Rate: $19/hour
