Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Product Specialist to join our Downtown team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cannabis products and a commitment to educating and assisting customers in making informed choices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Educate customers on the various cannabis products, including their benefits, usage, and effects.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and industry trends.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are neat and organized.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and informative environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the cannabis industry.
• Strong knowledge of cannabis products and their uses.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check.
