Job Summary & Responsibilities
As Product Manager on the Responsible AI Team, you will work cross-functionally across enterprise teams to guide AI products from ideation to launch. You will work with business owners, IT leaders, analysts, designers, engineers, software developers, and various business partners to deliver high-value AI products to support the care and improvement of human life. Time will be spent understanding customer problems, thinking of creative ways to solve them, using data to inform decisions, and managing successful solution delivery of No Code and Low Code solutions.
Direct responsibilities will include:
- Manage No Code and Low Code AI proof-of-concept initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders and ITG partners.
- Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle (i.e., discovery, planning, design, delivery, and ongoing maintenance/support) of No Code and Low Code AI.
- Operationalize activities related to the AI Democratization Framework for development of new products, features, or functionality including developing business requirements documents (BRDs), product requirements documents (PRDs), and roadmaps as well as facilitating user experience (UX) research, collecting business metrics and analyzing AI usage metrics.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs), survey metrics, and AI usage to establish quantifiable objectives and track outcomes to justify business value.
- Prioritize delivery of the highest value solutions to the community and the organization using the HCA Healthcare responsible AI framework.
- Provide governance with checks and balances as part of the platform to ensure responsible platform usage.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key business and technical stakeholders.
- Work with business and technical teams to ensure development/delivery of high-quality products.
- Ensure clarity throughout the product lifecycle regarding metrics, requirements, priorities, etc.
- Ensure the visibility of current product priorities and future plans, including roadmaps and backlogs.
- Proactively identifying and removing blockers hindering advancement of product delivery/support.
- Communicate risks/issues and rationale for delays to key stakeholders as needed.
- Measure and communicate value delivery and utilization targets.
- Stay attuned to healthcare industry risks and trends as well as the roadmaps/direction of key business partners and technical/enabling teams to ensure consideration within the product strategy.
- Understand challenges/problems within the healthcare industry specifically related to the ethical development and use of AI.
- Ensure compliance with Information Protection & Security (IPS) standards, enterprise standard processes, and applicable laws and regulations through the Application Portfolio Management process.
- Manage and build the roadmap for RAI use-cases and ensure strategy continues to make sense as the ecosystem matures.
- While this position will not initially have direct reports, there may have the be opportunity to manage one or more Associate Product Managers in the future.

- Experience working with work management software such as Azure DevOps and Jira preferred.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 7 year’s experience required. Can be a combination of experience in project management, product management, consulting, or other relevant field, preferably in the Healthcare industry.
