What you will be doing:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Product Manager to lead the development and launch of our new product lines. This role is perfect for intermediate-level professionals with experience in IoT, security, or electronics, as well as for exceptionally talented young individuals eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
What your primary responsibilities will be:
- Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company strategy and market needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape for IFP, smart whiteboards, commercial displays, and LEDs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to deliver high-quality products.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
- Define product requirements, create detailed specifications, and oversee product development.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure product features meet user expectations.
- Monitor product performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to enhance product offerings.
- Drive go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional plans.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of product management experience in IoT, security, IT, or electronics industry (preferred for intermediate-level candidates).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proven track record of successfully managing products from concept to launch.
- Ability to adapt to new challenges and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a keen interest in emerging markets and new product categories.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time if needed
- May be required to stand for long periods of time
- Constantly operates a computer and possibly other work related machinery
- Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing, or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine including repetitive motions
- Constantly receiving detailed information through oral communication
- Constant talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of verbal communication
- Constant clarity of vision at near and/or far distances
- May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and noise levels
