Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in product or program management.
3 years of experience with data analysis and data tools (e.g., SQL, MySQL, Tableau, etc.).
3 years of experience working with systems design and product design.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with Google Ads.
Experience in customer-facing translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical and executive audiences.
Expertise in technical leadership, project management, analytical problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of the advertising market or online ads landscape.
Ability to collaborate, build consensus, deliver, and drive technical decisions with various sized customer stakeholder groups.

We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.

As a Product Excellence Manager, you will be the interface between the services, support, and consulting teams across gTech, and other stakeholders, such as Product Management, Engineering, and Global business. The gTech Ads Enablement Ads Platform team collaborates closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Global business, to proactively improve the serviceability of products by evaluating product readiness, identifying product gaps, and consolidating product feedback. The team is the single point of accountability within gTech to the product and sales counterparts for the success of the product life cycle end to end.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$169,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

Design effective communications and launch programs with partners to ensure that new products and feature releases are tested before broad-scale deployment.
Improve product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Global business teams.
Perform implementation reviews, advocate new product features, and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical tests.
Guarantee the technical aspects of integrations by providing necessary documentation and guidance.
Identify, drive, and optimize the business growth from new opportunities by leveraging Google technologies.
