Description :
Supports Product Design teams within Global Product Creation with general administrative support assisting with tracking, data entry, submissions, deck development, and coordinating communication with internal and external partners.
Support product design teams on project tracking and overall timeline management
• Drive data entry for cross functional partner and development needs (i.e. packaging)
• Submit product designs for business affairs & legal approvals and track edits, changes & approvals until complete and passed off
• Participate in Cross Functional Team meetings, development check-ins and take notes and action accordingly
• Upload, share and organize all files for each active season accordingly
• Support on preparation of decks inclusive of product images and product details for major line reviews & leader check-ins
• Support on sampling logistics as needed
• Create and review a wide variety of documents such as organization lists, tracking forms, and various confidential documents
• Provide additional tactical support for the Product Design teams as needed
Basic Qualifications:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and deadlines
• Strong computer software skills (incl MS Word, Google suite, Mac Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel, Sharepoint, Box; Filemaker Pro, Concur, Adobe Creative Suite a plus)
Required Education:
High School graduate
