About the Job
This is a full time, permanent position for a small but fast-growing company that designs specialized plasma equipment for industrial and government applications (innovative, unique products using patented technology).
Profitable company - this role will support customer training and product demos on the road - someone that doesn’t mind traveling around the country (approx 50% travel).
Also will provide customer support and service while in the office. Needs to be able to learn/use CRM tools like HubSpot.
Ideally, seeking an entry-level engineering grad or an experienced field service technician with strong customer communication skills, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to become proficient in operating / supporting this electronic equipment.
