Responsibilities:
- Needs to have familiarity with interpreting contracts and uploading data into our Procurement system.
- Procurement ERP experience
- Frontline support for troubleshooting user issues
- Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and User Guides
- Test system updates and changes for front end users
Requirements:
- Excel (Proficient user)
- Financial ERP- financial ERP system used is Workday but does not need Workday specific experience (Intermediate)
- Sourcing/e-Procurement tool (Intermediate)
- Category Name Required Importance Level Last Used Experience
- Administrative Verbal Communication Skills Yes 9 Intermediate
- Administrative Written Communication Skills Yes 9 Intermediate
- Specialties Documentation Yes 7 Intermediate
- Technical Customer Service Yes 7 Intermediate
