Assist Management in the achievement of long-term and short-term departmental quality and productivity goals. Clarify business requirements, perform gap analyses, and analyze and design process enhancements. Lead quality assurance, improvement and process re-engineering efforts. Track and report metrics, key volume indicators and group performance.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to and execute strategies for closing the gap between current performance and Managing in a Process Organization standards.
Determine capability of current processes and monitor/guide development of processes and procedures to higher process maturity.
Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline and standardize all TAS processes.
Create and monitor the creation of SOPs and their use.
Manage the development or introduction of processes new to TAS (test Administration Support), whether they are new testing programs, services, or process improvements.
Directly contribute to the development of quality and performance metrics.
Assist the establishment or establish long-term and short-term departmental goals and objectives in conjunction with divisional planning.
Implement action plans to meet goals and objectives.
Coordinate across departments to ensure the effective accomplishment of work activities through planning, delegation, control and problem management.
Collect and analyze process data following DMAIC to determine root causes and resolve them.
Conduct or contribute to data analysis for internal clients.
Create project plans for approved projects along PMI guidelines and develop effective tracking mechanisms to ensure successful project execution.
Research, assess and recommend technology that can enhance current processes.
Write or coordinate the preparation for RFPs.
Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function.

Required Experience:
Other Requirements (Specialized skill sets, behavioral/technical):
Demonstrated experience providing work direction, monitoring work progress and training staff.
Strong knowledge of MS Word, Visio and Excel is required; familiarity with MS Project is preferred.
Must have significant business process mapping experience.
Must be adept at diplomatically facilitating discussions with leadership and stakeholders.
Excellent project team leadership, process management and reengineering skills are required.
Prior experience with Process Control and Measurement Systems is preferred.
Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to excel in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving, analytical and creative skills.
Education, Certifications, or Special Licenses:
Bachelors degree
Exposure to Six Sigma or Six Sigma Black Belt
Project Management certification or coursework is preferred.
Relevant Years of Experience Required:
At Least 5 years of process improvement experience, preferably in a services environment.
