While reporting to the shift supervisor as the printing press operator you will be expected to coordinate and lead your crew to perform at the best of its ability, while always being mindful of your safety and the safety of your crew. You will be expected to follow the production schedule, manage line changeovers to operate at maximum efficiency and produce a high-quality product. Safety, quality, and productivity goals will be expected. Occasionally you will be expected to work in other areas as needed.
