About the Job
Responsibilities:
Handle legal documents about individuals' legal rights, personal relationships, finances, and property.
Execute tasks meticulously following instructions via checklist, email, or verbal communication.
Safeguard client confidentiality by maintaining discretion and refraining from discussing work matters with individuals outside the office environment.
Demonstrate integrity, responsibility, and reliability in all interactions with clients and attorneys.
Possess strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat.
Perform various document-related duties including printing, assembling binders, scanning, and shredding.
Prepare files and documents for client meetings, and arrange letters and envelopes for mailing.
Conduct thorough proofreading of letters and legal documents to ensure accuracy.
Serve as a witness during client document signings as required.
Monitor office supply inventory and initiate orders when necessary.
Carry out errands to county buildings, clerk offices, and retail stores as needed.
Undertake additional tasks to enhance attorney efficiency.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and office space.

Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule within standard business hours.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for errands.
