You will be part of the Databricks engineering organization, working on one the most important products here within Databricks while working with teams that develop Databricks products and features for thousands of enterprises worldwide as well.
As a Senior Staff Software/Principal engineer, you will play a large part in the team for our multi-year journey to achieve our vision.

Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range.
The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
